Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery takes up to 3 business days via Swiss Post.

Shipping cost:

  • CHF 4.90 per order
  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 24.90

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • All seals must be intact

Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund.
